Terms of use

Last updated 14 September 2026. England and Wales law.

The product

Bookfin is appointment software. We provide a booking bot and an owner panel. We are not a marketplace, a bank, or the salon. We do not take a commission on treatments.

Accounts and fees

The salon pays Bookfin a monthly subscription (currently £29 / £59 in the UK, or the listed تومان plans in Iran). If payment fails we may pause the bot. Client deposits and treatment prices are collected by the salon through their own Stripe Connect or Shaparak merchant. Bookfin does not hold, settle, or guarantee those funds.

Your calendar

The salon is responsible for service duration, pricing, staff hours, no-show policy and refunds. A held slot is not a confirmed booking until the payment provider confirms it.

WhatsApp

Messaging uses Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You must follow Meta’s terms, obtain any required customer opt-in, and not send spam. Template messages outside the 24-hour window must be pre-approved by Meta.

Acceptable use

No illegal services, no scraping other shops’ clients, no using Bookfin to process payments for a third party you do not own.

Liability

Software is provided as a paid tool. We are not liable for missed appointments, Meta or Stripe outages, or the salon’s treatment outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
